The surface spraying procedure adopts professional outdoor-grade powder materials, which effectively enhance the anti-corrosion performance and weather resistance of the pole body, and maintain stable color and gloss in long-term outdoor service.

The flange connection part of the street light pole is reinforced in structure design, which significantly improves the overall strength and wind resistance stability, and can adapt to complex climate conditions and external force impacts.

The welding technology of the pole body complies with AWS D1.1 standard, and CO₂ welding or submerged arc welding is selected according to production requirements.  The welding process ensures that the weld is free of cracks, scratches, overlapping, delamination and other defects, and the internal and external welding molding ensures the structural stability and appearance consistency of the pole.

The base plate of the street light pole can be customized into square, circular or polygonal shapes, with reserved elongated anchor bolt holes to facilitate on-site installation and fixation.  The base plate size can be flexibly adjusted according to customer engineering requirements.

The surface protection treatment of the street light pole adopts hot-dip galvanizing in line with national or international standards, and can be matched with powder coating or paint spraying.  The combined treatment process greatly improves the anti-corrosion ability and decorative effect of the pole body.
